Visit our idyllic village of Ortisei and let yourself be enchanted by the charm of this traditional town
while you are walking down the pedestrian zone. What better way is there to view the beauty of
alpe di Siusi than by being carried gently across the rolling landscape in a horse-drawn sleigh?
Imagine listening to the cheery jingle of the sleigh-bells, traveling along with the brisk gait of our
wonderfully trained horses, watching the world whoosh by with calm. We will sled down the hill until
we reach the Sciliar plateau- which provides one of the most stunning panoramas of the
mountains. We will stop for lunch at a typical mountain chalet ( extra cost ), which serves a

wholesome variety of Austrian and Italian influenced dishes. After lunch, we will travel by horse-
drawn sleigh back to the cable-car, bid farewell to our four-legged friends, and return to the hotel in Val Badia .
